The staff at the hotel was very helpful and the rooms where clean. I also liked the safe in the room because I didn't take my purse and I had a place to put it and not be worried about it getting stolen. Even though the room I had reserved was not available (1Bdrm plus Living Room with sleeper sofa), the room I was given was better with 2 queen beds.

The pool was dirty, dead landscaping, cheap dirty furniture, hot water.

Continential breakfast was good, replentished when needed, good variety. When I asked the laundry personnel for extra bedding for the sleeper chair, they acted like I was trying to steal linens!

The bed was very comfortable.

I asked for a non-smoking room and I was assured that I would get one. We got a smoking room. I wasn't happy about that at all.

My husband and I drove to Texas from Missouri so, we were totally exhausted. I was told the earilest I could check was around 1 or 2 o'clock. So, later we called to see if our room was ready, it was'nt. We checked back to see about room. The person at the front at the desk said 3 o'clock is check-in. The front desk staff was very friendly at check in and out.

There was no elevator to the second floor and the breakfast ended early.

There was great shopping and several places to eat in close proximity to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. Comfortable beds and minimal noise. What more can you ask for! I would highly recommend and plan on staying with them again! ...read more
